Quality Workflow
IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
Verification of batteries (capacity and IR), PCBAs (function and burn-in), coils (resistance), materials (appearance), and e-liquid (COA/viscosity).
Line Setup
The approved golden sample is posted at each station; operators are trained per SOP before production.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
Sampling for fill weight, airflow resistance, torque, and visual inspection at defined intervals.
Reliability Tests
Post-fill aging, micro-leak detection, negative-pressure testing, drop and vibration assessments, and optional temperature cycling.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
AQL sampling (General II, 0/2.5/4.0), functional tests (fire/draw/charge), barcode verification, and packaging integrity review.
Traceability
Lot and batch codes on each unit, pod, and box. Optional anti-counterfeit QR. Full QC report provided per batch.
